There has been an agreement between the companies Frabemar Srl, of which we are an agency, abd Ogefrem on 22.04.2008.

According to the agreement, the imported, transit or rendering goods to Democratic Republic of Congo necessitate loading certificate.

The necessary documents for issuing the certificate are as follows:

• The name, adress, fax and phone numbers of the exporters

• The name, adress and e-mail adress of the importer

• The name of the company which demanded the certificate

• The scanned copy of the bill of lading

• The name of the ship, voyage no, name of the port of loading and discharge, the date of departure of the ship and the estimated time of arrival.

• The IMO class if necessary

• The definition of goods

• The origin of goods 

• The quantitiy of goods

• Volume, net and gross weight

• The incoterms (fob, cif...)

• The value of FOB of the goods, cost of freight, additions to the freight (BAF, CAF, congestion etc.) and the cost of insurance as EURO or USD

• The way of payment (prepaid, collect)

The no of certificate given by our company has to be written on the bill of lading therefore  the specified expenses and fees should be paid so that we inform you the no of certificate.
