DR Congo Loading Certificate FERI

Frabemar Srl, of which we are the exclusive agent in Middle East, and Ogefrem have signed and agreement on 22.04.2008.

According to the agreement, all cargoes that will be sent to Democratic Republic of Congo, may be export goods, transit cargoe or a return good, requires a loading certificate.

Below are the documents required for us to prepare the loading certificate:

  • Name address and contact details of the exporter
  • Name address and contact details of the importer
  • Name of the company requesting the loading certificate
  • Scanned copy of the bill of lading
  • Name, voyage number, loding/discharging ports, ETD and ETA of the vessel
  • IMO class if required
  • Cargo details
  • Origin of the goods
  • Number of packages
  • Volume, net and gross weight
  • Type of transportation (FOB, CIF etc.)
  • The FOB value of the goods, basis sea freight, surcharges(BAF, CAF, congestion vb) and insurance cost in EURO or USD.
  • Freight payment method (prepaid,collect)

It is obligatory to put the FERI number we provide in the bill of lading. Therefore the payment must be made in order for us to generate the FERI number for your BL.
